They heat up extremely well and make a tasty, high-protein, breakfast. They’re perfect to grab-and-go on a busy morning after 30 seconds or so in the microwave. I will often make these at the beginning of the week, then keep them in a sealed tupperware in the fridge to have over the week. Recently I have also been subbing egg whites for some of the eggs. Yum!!
