I like that I can thaw the dough and leave it in my fridge for up to a week. You did not mention the temp in your recipe. I usually aim for 725 in the center of the stone for best results. I usually put the oven in the oven for 30 seconds and then turn it a quarter turn every 10 seconds. Total baking time is around a minute.
