In reply to Suenne. Hi Suenne, I think I used more butter in the crust than they did and I changed it up by using a square pan instead of a round pan. Hope that helps!

Alaska looks beautiful, but COLD. But I think I could I could brave the frigid temps for those views and those desserts! 😉 Your cheesecake looks delicious! How awesome they gave you a cookbook from the cruise ship!
