I love your recipe and use it use whenever I have a sandwich craving instead of buying bread. I wonder if it would work for cinnamon raisin rolls?

I just made these as a “test” batch before Christmas. They taste as good as they look! I had trouble shaping them because they’re so soft. I used 1/3 cup sugar because I like them sweet. I probably should have baked them at 375 because of the sugar; they got done a little early. The ones I shaped were not quite as light as the ones I just cut into the rectangle. All were wonderful. I’m making these for Christmas dinner! Thanks Julie!

I am bread impaired! I love it, but I can’t make it…after two failed tries at rolls for Thanksgiving I tried these as a “Hail Mary”. One batch done, one batch rising and they look perfect!! Thank you for sharing!!

In reply to rachel. Hi Rachel, I used rapid rise but you should be able to use either one. Thanks!
