Will be making this in a few days! I obsessed over this Panera soup when they had it and and so bummed that they don’t sell it anymore! Their new vegetable soup does not compare whatsoever. Thanks for the copycat 🙂 can’t wait to try!

I just made this! And omg it it sooo much better than the one at Panera! I did add some safran and some small star pastas for soup, too add a homey ness about it! Awesome recipe I will keep this recipe in my back pocket for sure!

I have been craving Panera’s GV/p soup and hoping for it to return now that it’s summer. Thank you for putting this easy recipe out there! I made it and it was amazing – just like the original.

Yay! I’m so happy you love this recipe as much as I do! I have used fresh green beans too when I can’t find wax beans at the store! 🙂
