Thank you for this recipe. I use chard, either rainbow, swiss or red all the time. It gets expensive when not in season, but so worth it. I also grow it when ever I can. I use it in a 1. Capris Salad, 2. cooked with diced potatoes, smoked ham shanks and chard, 3 Shrimp or crab scampi it replaces the spinach, 4. wilted in Olive Oil with bella mushrooms 5. Wilted with bacon and red onion 6. Plain , raw in a salad or on a sandwich. oh so many other things to do with it. Thank you for the recipe. Chard is ever so good for you.

This was so delicious! Had a local farm delivery which lots of swiss chard, which I never had before, so found your page while seeking recipes. I was initially suspicious of an Alfredo without the cream, but this was so very creamy. Always looking for cancer fighting recipes- this will be a new staple. Thank you for sharing!
