I just made the shrimp version and they are wonderful! I used a 1 lb of shrimp and everything else was the same. I think next time I’m going to add more taro and shrimp and little less of the other stuff (and no cabbage or green onion) to make them more like the fams. I ended up with 30 egg rolls.
