I made this with ham first and then chicken. I only used about half the soy sauce called for because of salt and this is hands down the best recipe for fried rice I have found. This is a quick one pan meal on scorching hot days when you don’t want to spend loads of time in a hot kitchen, and is better the next day. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS, MY FAMILY LOVES IT! Picky eater included.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. We made this yesterday, it was delicious. We added fresh mushrooms and an Asian vegetable medley in place of the peas and carrots. So good, we are making it again tonight. One question, do you have any idea of a calorie count on this?

I’m making this tonight but I am substituting most of the rice with cauliflower rice with just a little regular rice. Gotta sneak those veggies into my family somehow. Thank you! I think I’ll add some corn too.
