I’m SO excited by these! When I was at field hockey camp in high school, they had the best onion chips and this is the closest I’ve seen since!!

I made these last night! I followed the recipe exactly and these onions petals were so good! The sriracha dip really complements the petals. I even liked the sriracha alone with the petals. Excellent and simple recipe, Julie! Thank you for sharing it!

Ohmygoodness, how many fried onions did we eat those couple of days?! SO GOOD! Yours are much prettier, though. Love the petals. And of course that sriracha mayo! 😉
