I roll spring rolls on a regular plate…don’t let the paper sit too long or it may stick but I usually don’t have that problem.

Question, Its there any surface that the rice paper wont stick to as much? I have used ceramic plates and granite. have not tried on a wooden cutting boards or the plastic ones. Thänks in advance for any help. Oh I also add mint and cilantro þo mine.
