Toni- Yes, Pillsbury has come on board the GF train this year with 3 GF products (pie crust and pizza dough as well as the cookies) I have been GF for years and it was great to be able to create a GF recipe for the Bake-Off this year. Unfortunately, Pillsbury removed “Gluten-Free” from the names of the recipes that used their GF products, so it’s hard to find them in recipe lists. Most GF muffins I have had in the past have been dry and crumbly. These come out moist, with the perfect muffin texture. Thanks Julie for sharing them!
