I had this drink in Iceland and fell in love with it and had no idea if it was Gin or Vodka and how to prepare it! Much thanks!

Pictures are amazing. Can’t wait for the rest of your trip sharing.

Unfortunately I was too young to truly appreciate its beauty. Your lovely photos (of Lake Zurich, especially!) have me rummaging through old photos & longing for a long-time-coming, revisit. My mom still remarks about how pristine Eveything is in Switzerland. (She a very humorous story about *trying* to channel Julie Andrews when she thought she was alone on a walk, only to discover an audience of sheep & a confused farmer.) 😀

Can’t wait to try this ingenious gin & tonic (my favourite libation!). xoxo
